therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Our highly trained staff,
includes NYS licensed psychologist, Dr. Rachel Hott and NYS licensed mental health counselor Steven Leeds, both trained in the art of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Ericksonian
Hypnosis, and Core Transformation. In addition to using these modalities, we also offer Dance
Movement Therapy, EMDR, Self-Relations, and Thought Field Therapy

- Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT)
DMT is an expressive therapy that allows the unconscious
mind to communicate more easily with the conscious. DMT encourages
clients to reconnect to the movement within their bodies and
then to verbalize the movement experience.
- Ericksonian Hypnosis
The utilization of communicating with the unconscious, developed
by Milton H. Erickson, M.D., to create a safe and supportive
inner learning environment leading to greater resourcefulness.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
A powerful technique, developed by Dr. Francine Shapiro,
Ph.D., to help individuals deal with traumas.
- Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
- Self-Relations
Self-Relations is a model, developed by Dr. Stephen Gilligan,
Ph.D., for creating strong, loving relationships between our
"adult-self" and "neglected-self."
- Thought Field Therapy (TFT)
Thought Field Therapy, developed by Roger Callahan, Ph.D., utilizes
acupressure points to alleviate negative emotional states.
